Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via PayPal and other trusted payment gateways. Your payment information is encrypted and protected.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@yasedecor.shop. Once an item has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.
Q: Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order is shipped, you’ll also get a tracking number.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.
Q: How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Q: Do you charge for shipping?
No. Shipping is free for all orders within the UK.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. Contact us at support@yasedecor.shop to begin a return.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we’ll cover the return costs.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s completed.

Q: Are your products new?
Yes. All items sold on our website are brand new and come in original packaging.
Q: Do your products require assembly?
Some furniture items may require light assembly. Assembly instructions are included where necessary.
Q: Can I request a custom order?
At this time, we do not offer customization or personalized orders.
